Managing Partners
Timothy A. Mitchell
Tim has over 35+ years of experience in the building, property restoration, and remodeling industry. Framing, constructing, restoring, and renovating homes and commercial buildings throughout New York and New Jersey. In 2006, Tim relocated to Florida primarily focused on mold, water, and fire remediation services, along with handling dry outs and reconstruction projects.
Beyond his extensive experience in building and property restoration, Tim's passion lies in Real Estate Investing. Currently, he owns two single-family rental properties and has successfully leveraged his
asset management skills to identify value-added opportunities in real estate. Tim has a keen ability to see beyond what is visible to many, allowing him to transform properties and merge them into multifamily value-added properties.
Lisa Doyle-Mitchell
Lisa's career began in administrative roles within the financial industry before transitioning to managing venture capital roadshow events in NYC and fundraising for a nonprofit therapeutic nursery. Upon moving to Florida in 2001, she helped launch The Spa at Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites and played a pivotal role in launching and selling Vendor Booths for the Global Health & Healing Expos. Lisa also contributed significantly to Expo Marketing's Lifestyle Expo and managed advertising sales for a leading media outlet.
In 2012, Lisa founded Your Walking Billboard, LLC, specializing in sales and marketing for three niche publications over a decade. Since mid-2022, Lisa has refocused her career standing with her husband Tim Mitchell Launching TOPCAT Property Restoration handling all the Administrative Operations along with Marketing. At Dream Big Capital Partners, LLC, Lisa ensures operational efficiency, directs targeted marketing strategies, and supports team members in delivering exceptional client service. Her diverse expertise and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable partner for real estate investors seeking strategic growth opportunities and operational excellence.
